Job Description
You will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the production technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. The position requires ability to be on call and respond immediately after hours and weekends based on a rotating schedule. We are looking for team members to take ownership of their job responsibilities and have a great attitude. Identifying ways to be more efficient is an important part of this position. Each team member has a responsibility to communicate in a timely, honest, and clear manner. Using proper communications with team members is vital to team results.

As a Contents & Cleaning Technician , you will:
  • Inventory and pack-out of commercial and residential structures that have been affected 
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.  
  • Communicate with management, other technicians, & temp workers to maintain efficient production processes.  
  • Perform production processes as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structure & contents. 
  • Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed.
  • Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations
  • Clean and restore affected contents and structures
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Experience and IICRC certification is preferred, but we will also train the right applicant. The ideal candidate for the position would have:
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Valid driver's license Required

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
